  • We do our best to honor requests, but floral availability can change daily. When exact blooms aren’t available, we’ll substitute with flowers of equal or greater value that match the overall look and feel.

  • With proper care, most fresh arrangements last 5–7 days. We include care instructions to help your flowers stay fresh as long as possible.

  • Yes. We create custom arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss details, availability, and pricing.

  • Absolutely. You’ll be able to add a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for a thoughtful touch.

  • Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final.
